Story
10 intrepid riders of various levels of ability have promised to undertake the Coast to Coast bike ride in August. As the temperatures reach their annual highs we will be hitting the peak s of the Lake district and then the Yorkshire Dales as we go from Whitehaven to Tynemouth over 3 days. Diets have been started, fitness regimes established and everything other than the promise to reduce the beer intake has been going well. Please sponsor us and make a difference to MND research
